Need the other IBPS application images too? Use the IBPS Complete Pack to prepare the photo, signature, left thumb impression and hand-written declaration on one page.

How it works

  1. Prepare your hand-written declaration as the notification describes (see “The same guidelines also ask” below), then scan it or take a clear, well-lit picture of it.
  2. Choose the image and drag or zoom so the declaration fills the frame. The frame has the 800:400 shape, so nothing is stretched.
  3. Tap “Process declaration”. We resize to exactly 800 × 400 pixels, compress to fit 50–100 KB at the best possible quality, and write 200 DPI into the file.
  4. Check the results list, download the JPG and upload it in the hand-written declaration field of the IBPS application.

The same guidelines also ask:

  • Write the declaration yourself, in English only, clearly on white paper with black ink. The notification gives the exact text to write.
  • Don't write in CAPITAL LETTERS. A declaration written by someone else or in another language makes the application invalid.
  • Candidates who cannot write may upload the typed declaration text with their left thumb impression below it, as the notification describes.

Common problems this fixes

Declaration too small in the frame
Zoom in so the declaration fills most of the frame. Blank paper around it stays in the image and makes it harder to read.
File is below 50 KB
Dark ink on plain white paper compresses to small files. We keep the highest-quality version and tell you if it is below 50 KB, instead of adding artificial data. A sharper scan or photo usually helps.
What the tool can't check
The tool checks size, file size, format and DPI. It can't check the handwriting, the language, capital letters, or whether the text matches the declaration IBPS asks for. Follow the notification's instructions for those.
