Pack status

Add all four files to build your pack.

  • Photo — Not started
  • Signature — Not started
  • Left thumb impression — Not started
  • Hand-written declaration — Not started

The ZIP is created on your device and contains exactly the files shown above.

How it works

  1. Work through the four steps on this page: photo, signature, left thumb impression, then hand-written declaration.
  2. For each file: choose the image, adjust the crop, and process it. Each file is checked against its own requirements.
  3. The pack status shows which files are ready, which have a warning and which still need attention.
  4. When all four are processed, download them together as one ZIP — or download each file on its own.

IBPS upload requirements

IBPS Photo requirements

Dimensions200 × 230 pixels (width × height), stated as preferred
File size20–50 KB
FormatJPG/JPEG
DPIat least 200 DPI

The same guidelines also ask:

  • Use a recent passport-style colour photograph taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.
  • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face, without harsh shadows or red-eye.
  • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. If you wear glasses, there should be no reflections. Religious headwear is allowed but must not cover your face.
  • During the online application you must also capture and upload a photograph with a webcam or mobile phone, in addition to this uploaded photograph.

IBPS Signature requirements

Dimensions140 × 60 pixels (width × height), stated as preferred
File size10–20 KB
FormatJPG/JPEG
DPIat least 200 DPI

The same guidelines also ask:

  • Sign on white paper with a black ink pen.
  • Don't sign in CAPITAL LETTERS; the signature must be clearly visible.
  • The signature must be your own. A signature at the exam that doesn't match the uploaded one can lead to disqualification.

IBPS Left Thumb Impression requirements

Dimensions240 × 240 pixels (width × height), stated as preferred
File size20–50 KB
FormatJPG/JPEG
DPIat least 200 DPI

The same guidelines also ask:

  • Put your left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
  • If you don't have a left thumb, the notification says which finger (or toe) to use instead, and that you must write in the uploaded image which finger and hand (or toe) it is.

IBPS Hand-written Declaration requirements

Dimensions800 × 400 pixels (width × height), stated as preferred
File size50–100 KB
FormatJPG/JPEG
DPIat least 200 DPI

The same guidelines also ask:

  • Write the declaration yourself, in English only, clearly on white paper with black ink. The notification gives the exact text to write.
  • Don't write in CAPITAL LETTERS. A declaration written by someone else or in another language makes the application invalid.
  • Candidates who cannot write may upload the typed declaration text with their left thumb impression below it, as the notification describes.

Common problems this fixes

Mixing up the four sizes
Each IBPS image has its own dimensions and file-size range. Each step here uses the right requirements automatically.
The live photo and the certificates
IBPS also asks for a photo captured live during the application and, where applicable, certificates as PDF. Those happen on the IBPS website; this pack prepares the four images.

Frequently asked questions

What are the IBPS application image requirements?

According to the IBPS CRP RRBs Detailed Notification, Version XV (01.09.2026): Photo: 200 × 230 pixels, 20–50 KB; Signature: 140 × 60 pixels, 10–20 KB; Left Thumb Impression: 240 × 240 pixels, 20–50 KB; Hand-written Declaration: 800 × 400 pixels, 50–100 KB. All must be JPG/JPEG, and the scanning instructions ask for at least 200 DPI.

What is in the ZIP file?

Exactly the four processed JPG files shown on this page, named for each document. The ZIP is created in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Can I download the pack if one file is below the minimum size?

Yes. We keep the highest-quality version instead of adding artificial data, and show a warning. The application website may still enforce its own minimum-size check.

Is ExamPhotoFixer affiliated with IBPS?

No. ExamPhotoFixer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with IBPS or any bank or exam body.
